What is Gelatin
Zhengda Bovine gelatin is a natural, high-protein substance derived from the collagen found in cow (bovine) bones and hides. Through a controlled extraction and purification process, collagen is converted into gelatin, which forms a transparent, colorless, and flavorless gel when dissolved in water.
It is widely used in food, pharmaceutical, and photographic industries — for example in gummies, marshmallows, capsules, and desserts — because of its excellent gelling, stabilizing, and texturizing properties.
